Kazi S M Hanif serves as the Assistant Managing Director and Head of IT at NRB Islamic Life Insurance PLC. With an impressive career spanning over a decade in the Bangladesh Life Insurance IT sector, he has made significant contributions to the industry.

As a Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) graduate, he combines technical expertise with a profound understanding of the financial domain. He holds an MBA in Finance and a post-graduate diploma in Actuarial Science. His career began in April 2008 at Rupali Life Insurance, progressing to DGM and Head of IT at Mercantile Islami Life Insurance Limited in 2013, where he spearheaded the development of the comprehensive Insurance Management System (IMS).

In 2019, he joined Protective Life as General Manager and Head of IT, leading the creation of myProtective ERP and mobile application. He joined NRB Islamic Life Insurance Limited on June 14, 2021, currently spearheading a fully integrated ERP system and the NRBiLife mobile application.
